Floral Subscription FAQ
1. How often will I receive my flowers?
You can choose a delivery schedule that works for you: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonally! Once I receive your order, I will reach out to you regarding your first and subsequent delivery dates.
4. What if I want to skip a week or pause my subscription?
No problem! Simply contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to skip or pause your subscription.
2. Can I customize my arrangement?
Yes! We offer style preferences (e.g. wild & organic, romantic, modern) and color palettes. Even your flower choices! While most flowers are seasonal, we tailor each delivery to match your tastes.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next delivery. We’ll confirm your cancellation via email.
3. Do you deliver to my area?
We provide delivery within Princeton, Plainsboro, South Brunswick, East Brunswick, North Brunswick, and Franklin Park. If you’re outside our standard delivery zone, contact us to discuss options.
